How we handle the personal data you send through the introductory questionnaire or by contacting us directly.

What is collected
The introductory questionnaire collects only what is needed to answer you and propose a scope of work:
- who you are (an individual, a family, a company) and what you need,
- where you are in the process, and your preferred language, format and delivery,
- your intended start, urgency and the best time for a call,
- your name and email, and optionally phone, company and a short note.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we ask you not to enter any in the free-text field.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and arrange an introductory call. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before you submit, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Where it is stored
Every submitted enquiry is stored in this website's own database on a server in Germany and sent as a notification to the founder's email address. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for at most 24 months from submission, unless the enquiry leads to a contract subject to longer statutory retention. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
- access to the data we hold about you,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure and restriction of processing,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal,
- data portability,
- a complaint to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
To exercise any of these, write to karaaliaysegul07@gmail.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
Security
The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. Access to the enquiry database is limited to the founder and the site's technical administrator.
