Terms of use
What this site is, what the service covers and where its limits are.

Purpose of this site
This site presents the services provided by Consulting, Aysegül Karaali s.p.: Slovenian courses from A1 to B2, preparation for the official language exam, official procedures explained, and support with settling in and integration. The content is informational and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
Scope of guidance on procedures
Support with official procedures means explaining how a procedure works, listing the documents, preparing you for the visit and explaining the key terms. This is informational support and preparation. It does not include legal representation, filing applications on your behalf, or appearing before authorities. For legal advice consult a lawyer; for an official interpretation, the competent authority.
Courses and exam preparation
Courses are structured by level and aligned with European language standards. Exam preparation means a review of your current level, a preparation plan, practice with exam tasks and speaking simulations. Passing the official exam is not and cannot be guaranteed: it also depends on your own work and on the exam itself, which is run by the competent institution.
Enquiries and agreement
Submitting the introductory questionnaire does not create a contract. After we receive it we arrange an introductory call, and you then receive a proposed scope and price. Work begins only once that is expressly agreed.
Prices
Prices are on request and depend on level, scope and delivery format. The amounts that apply are those stated in the written quote you receive after the introductory call.
